Do you build both websites and AI integrations?
Yes. Design, development and integration are handled as one build, so the website, the AI workflows and the systems behind them are planned together instead of passed between separate contractors.
Can you work with our existing business software?
Usually, yes. Most CRMs, calendars, email platforms and business tools can be connected through their APIs or built-in integrations. We only suggest replacing a tool when it is blocking the work.
How do we know what should be automated?
Start with work that happens often, follows a predictable pattern and does little harm if it occasionally needs correcting, such as enquiry handling or CRM updates. Work that needs judgement or carries real risk should stay with a person. What tasks to automate first explains how to decide.
Do you build custom AI agents?
Yes, when an agent is the right tool. We build AI agents with clear boundaries: access only to the tools their task needs and every action logged. Important decisions involving customers, money or permanent records keep human approval by default.
Can you redesign an existing website?
Yes. We keep what already works, rebuild the rest and set up redirects so existing links and search visibility carry over to the new site.
Do you handle deployment and launch?
Yes. We test the build, deploy it and connect the production domain so the website is ready for real customers.

Gradual Holdings is based in Toronto and works with businesses across the GTA and Canada. Work outside the Toronto area is done remotely.
